By accessing or using SnapConsent's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description
SnapConsent provides a cookie consent management platform that helps websites comply with privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Our services include:

Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SnapConsent cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:

- • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- • Transmit malicious code or viruses
- • Collect or harvest personal data without consent
- • Interfere with or disrupt the service
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Payment Terms
Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SnapConsent is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapConsent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapConsent, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapConsent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it in connection with providing the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
